Emma Amoscato is a journalist and mother of two children with multiple food and enviromental allergies. When her son had an anaphylactic reaction, she started writing about her experiences but couldn’t find the practical and detailed book she was looking for, so she decided to write it. After successfully launching Living With Allergies and raising awareness, Emma realised there was no non-fiction book explaining food allergies to children, so she set about creating it.
