EpiCenter offers products from a variety of vendors in the food allergy community. If you purchase a product from a third party selling on our platform, we encourage you to reach out directly to the seller. If you purchase software through our website and wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so in the members section. Your membership benefits will last until the end of your current subscription period.
Any refunds issued from AssureTech, LLC (the company that provides EpiCenter) on our products, software, or on behalf of vendors who sell on our platform, will be processed within 2-3 business days (less the 2.9% Stripe/PayPal processing fee).
For memberships purchased through either of the app stores (Apple or Google Play), please refer to your App Store membership to cancel your subscription.
